Deep Labs Inc, the leaders in AI driven persona-based intelligence, announced the appointment of Reginald Van Lee and Michael Dreyer to its Board of Directors effective November 1, 2018.
“These two outstanding business leaders will provide additional guidance and leadership to our company as we move into our next phase of growth,” said Deep Labs CEO, Scott Edington.

About Reginald Van Lee
Reginald (Reggie) Van Lee is the retired Head of Commercial Business & Executive Vice President of the global management and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. In this capacity, Reggie focused on cyber security, deep analytics and regulatory compliance. He is the co-author of the book, “Mega communities – How Leaders of Government, Business and Non-Profits Can Tackle Today’s Global Challenges Together.”
Amongst many notable accolades, Reggie received the 2008 Black Engineer of the Year Award, Consulting Magazine named Reggie as one of the top 25 consultants in the world in 2008, and he was identified as one of the 2009 Washington Minority Business Leaders by the Washington Business Journal. Reggie has co-authored a number of articles on the topic of strategy implementation. These articles have appeared in publications such as The Journal of Business Strategy and Business Horizons. He has appeared on ABC-TV’s “World News This Morning” and CNBC, and co-led the Urban Enterprise Initiative, which focused on driving enhanced competitiveness of small businesses in Harlem.
Reggie holds a Bachelors and Masters in Civil Engineering from MIT and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.
About Michael Dreyer
Michael (Mike) Dreyer is the Chief Operations Officer of Silicon Valley Bank and is responsible for bank and non-bank operations worldwide. Dreyer oversees SVB’s core operations, enterprise project management, client service and information technology teams.
Before joining SVB, Mike was President and COO of Monitise, where he was responsible for the design, build, and operations of its technology globally, and he ran the company’s Americas business.
Previously, Dreyer was the CIO of Visa Inc., responsible for the company’s systems and technology platforms. Prior to his role at Visa, Mike was CIO of Inovant, where he oversaw the development and management of Visa’s global systems technology. Additionally, Mike held senior positions at American Express, Prime Financial, Inc., Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Downey Savings, Bank of America, and the Fairmont Hotel Management Company.
Dreyer holds a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington State University.
